The O RLY Factor

The Off-topic Council thread has gotten much attention lately. People are still unsure who has the positions, and it has been flooded with applications.
The games have lost their frontpage titles, and the OT has been flooded with minor threads.
Their have also been a large number of bumps.
Someone (who’s name shall remain anynomous), bumped a thread from 2 years ago!
